Terms of Service

Private planning begins with a conversation.

China Privé provides consultation-led travel, business visit, medical access, hospitality, and coordination services. Published journeys, experiences, destinations, and prices are examples or starting points, not fixed packages, confirmed availability, or final quotations.

Consultations and proposals

Final routes, inclusions, timing, access, staffing, partner availability, cancellation terms, and pricing are confirmed in writing after consultation. Special access, expert appointments, medical resources, venues, restaurants, and hotels remain subject to partner approval and availability.

Payments

Deposits or priority payments may secure review priority, but do not guarantee final availability unless explicitly confirmed. Final payment schedules, refund terms, and cancellation rules are provided with each confirmed proposal.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for valid passports, visas, insurance, accurate personal information, and timely disclosure of requirements that may affect travel, access, medical coordination, safety, or logistics.

Changes

China travel, business access, and medical coordination may be affected by weather, policy, venue rules, expert availability, transportation, and local operating conditions. We will make reasonable efforts to adjust with discretion and care.
